Volunteer
and Internship
Our volunteer
program is designed for motivated individuals desiring to support
sustainable community development efforts. Our volunteer projects
are designed to not only help volunteers learn from their experiences,
but also to support and assist with community projects.
We work with
numerous organizations and communities in the Caribbean in areas
including organic agriculture, community based eco-tourism, environmental
education, recreational activities for children, and health care.
The type of
work you do depends on your interests skills, experiences, and desire
to help. We work to find the project that best suits the needs of
the volunteer and the community:

Clinics
We require a
minimum 3 week commitment (4 full or half-days per week, depending
on the project). Spanish is not required for all projects, however
we recommend those volunteer s with little or no Spanish to combine
the volunteer program with the Spanish Language Program. |
